How did I fix «epmd error for host `<...>`: timeout (timed out)» for RabbitMQ in Debian 10?

Step 1

I did the same action as in the «Unable to connect to epmd» error in Centos 7.

Step 2

then I re-ran:

aptitude install rabbitmq-server
