How to transfer a SnagIt 2020 license from a PC to another one?

I have a registration key for Snagit 20 (2020).

  1. Download Snagit 20 to my new workstation using the TechSmith's versions arhive: techsmith.com/download/oldversions.
  2. Install it.
  3. Copy the %PROGRAMDATA%\TechSmith\Snagit 20\RegInfo.ini file from my another workstation and make it read-only.
  4. Run Snagit. Do not login to an online account.
