How to delete a custom keyboard layout from Windows 10 if the normal uninstallation procedure does not work?

I have solved the problem via Windows Registry:

Go to the path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layouts.
Recently installed keyboard layouts will be at the end of the list:
2023-03-23--07-12-15

Delete these entries.
