Download the latest vt_setup.msi here: github.com/SamuelTulach/VirusTotalUploader/releases
Step 2
Run vt_setup.msi.
It finishes silently without any dialogs.
It creates the VirusTotalUploader shortcut on the Desktop:

Go to your VirusTotal account: virustotal.com.
Copy your API Key:
Step 4
Paste the API Key to the VirusTotal Uploader settings:
