How to fix "Account locked" for Payoneer?

I am unable to login to Payoneer.
For the IOS app, the error message is «Account locked. Try again in 30 minutes or reset your password.»
See the attachment IOS.png.
Password resetting does not solve the problem.
For the website's version, CAPTCHA does not work: see the attachment CAPTCHA.png as an example.
I correctly solve all CAPTCHAs, but Payoneer does not accept them.

Step 3 (2023-03-29)

Now (after 30 minutes, as promised) I am able to login to my Payoneer account using the Payoneer app for IOS, but I am still unable to solve the CAPTCHA in the browser.
The CAPTCHA seems to be broken.
