How do I transfer PHP to a new Windows workstation?

Step 1

Copy the PHP installation folder from another workstation:
2023-06-01--22-40-51

Step 2

Add the PHP installation folder to PATH:
2023-06-01--22-32-03

Step 3

Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio ≥ 2015.
It solves the «unable to load dynamic library» problem.
