(2) Residence permit applications from within Turkey to the governorates shall be submitted before the end of the legal period required for the application.
Applications of those who have exceeded the residence permit period, visa period or visa exemption period by up to ten days shall also be received.
When necessary in terms of the situation of the foreigner and administrative needs, the ten-day period condition is not adhered to.
The procedures and principles related to this shall be determined separately by the Directorate General.
(8) A residence permit application certificate shall be issued to those who have completed their residence permit application within the framework of the provisions of the Law on residence permit applications to be made from within Turkey or on the extension of residence permits.
(9) The principles regarding the issuance of the residence permit application document and the rights provided by the document to the foreigner are as follows
- ç) Until the application is finalised, this document provides the right to stay in Turkey.
(10) Those whose residence permit application has been rejected or whose residence permit has been cancelled shall be required to submit a new justification for their residence permit application when they apply for a new residence permit within six months.
(2) Türkiye içinden valiliklere yapılabilecek ikamet izni başvuruları başvuru için gerekli olan yasal süre bitmeden yapılır. İkamet izni süresini, vize süresini veya vize muafiyetini on güne kadar aşmış olanların başvuruları da alınır. Yabancının içinde bulunduğu durum ve idari ihtiyaçlar yönünden gerekli olduğunda on günlük süre koşuluna bağlı kalınmaz. Bununla ilgili usul ve esaslar Genel Müdürlük tarafından ayrıca belirlenir.
(8) Kanunun Türkiye içinden yapılabilecek ikamet izni başvurularına ilişkin veya ikamet izinlerinin uzatılmasına ilişkin hükümleri çerçevesinde ikamet izni başvurusunu tamamlayanlara ikamet izni müracaat belgesi verilir.
(9) İkamet izni müracaat belgesinin düzenlenmesine ilişkin esaslar ve belgenin yabancıya sağladığı haklar şunlardır:
- ç) Başvuru sonuçlanıncaya kadar, bu belge Türkiye’de kalma hakkı sağlar.
(10) İkamet izni başvurusu reddedilenler ile ikamet izni iptal edilenler, altı ay içinde yeniden ikamet izni başvurusu yaptıklarında yeni bir ikamet izni talep gerekçesi sunmaları istenir.
