(12) Foreigners who obtain their residence permit, work permit or work permit exemption confirmation document from consulates are obliged to register in the address registration system within twenty working days at the latest from the date of their entry into the country, and foreigners who obtain these permits from within the country are obliged to register in the address registration system within 20 working days at the latest from the date of delivery of the permit documents to them.
(12) İkamet izni, çalışma izni veya çalışma izni muafiyet teyit belgesini konsolosluklardan alan yabancılar ülkeye giriş yaptıkları tarihten, bu izinlerini ülke içinden alan yabancılar ise izin belgelerinin kendilerine teslim edildiği tarihten itibaren en geç yirmi iş günü içinde adres kayıt sistemine kayıtlarını yaptırmakla yükümlüdürler.
