How did I fix «KeyError: "The cache has no package named 'ubuntu-minimal'"» on `do-release-upgrade` in Ubuntu 20?

I think do-release-upgrade is just poorly implemented and does not handle some third-party APT mirrors correctly (mirrors.digitalocean.com, in my case).
So I upgraded Ubuntu without do-release-upgrade.
