Step 1: Navigate to your Chrome profile folder

Open File Explorer.

Paste the following path into the address bar and press Enter:
%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome\User Data\<Profile Name>

Replace
<Profile Name>
with your profile name.
By default, it's Default, so the full path becomes:
%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
Step 2: Replace your profile picture with a transparent image
- Locate the file
Google Profile Picture.png
in the folder. - Replace it with a transparent PNG file.
Step 3: Replace the profile icon with a transparent icon
- Locate the file
Google Profile.ico
in the same folder. - Replace it with a transparent ICO file.
You can just rename the transparent PNG imageGoogle Profile Picture.png
(from the previous step) toGoogle Profile.ico
.
Step 4: Restore the original Chrome shortcut icon

Right-click your Google Chrome shortcut on the Desktop (or wherever it's located) and select Properties.

Click on the Shortcut tab.

Click the Change Icon... button.

In the field labeled Look for icons in this file, enter:
C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe

Select the default Chrome icon from the list and click OK, then Apply, and OK to close the properties window.
