The Hizmet Dondurma (Service Suspension) feature allows you to temporarily suspend Turkcell Superonline services with specific conditions:

  1. Service Fee:

    • The activation fee for the suspension is 30 TL.
    • A daily suspension fee of 2 TL is applied based on the number of days the service is suspended.

  2. Cost Calculation Examples:

    • 15 days: 60 TL
    • 30 days: 90 TL
    • 45 days: 120 TL
    • 60 days: 150 TL
    • 90 days: 210 TL

  3. Key Conditions:

    • The contract end date is extended by the number of days the service is suspended.
    • If you are subscribed to services like TV+ or additional services (e.g., Norton, Akıllı Ev), those services will also be suspended, though charges for certain services will continue.
    • If there is any outstanding debt, the suspension may be canceled.

The total suspension cost will be reflected in the next invoice after the suspension period ends.
