I cannot pay for my order on dolcegabbana.com (2024-10-11)

Step 1

  1. I am at the «3. SUMMARY» stage of placing an order on the Dolce & Gabbana website.
  2. The sections «SHIPPING DETAILS», «YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS», and «Order summary» are displayed.
  3. The «SHIPPING ADDRESS» and «BILLING ADDRESS» are provided: they match.
  4. In the «YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS» section, the card is a MasterCard.
  5. I click «Place Order».

Step 2

  1. The system takes me back from the «3. SUMMARY» step to the «2. CHECKOUT» step.
  2. In the «Your Payment Details» section, the system shows me the message:
    «Dear client, it is not possible to process your order due to exceeding the limit of your credit card.»

3. The system is mistaken twice:

  1. My card is not a credit card but a debit card.
  2. The card balance is sufficient for this purchase.
