- The sections «SHIPPING DETAILS», «YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS», and «Order summary» are displayed.
- The «SHIPPING ADDRESS» and «BILLING ADDRESS» are provided: they match.
- In the «YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS» section, the card is a MasterCard.
- I click «Place Order».
Step 2
- The system takes me back from the «3. SUMMARY» step to the «2. CHECKOUT» step.
- In the «Your Payment Details» section, the system shows me the message:
«Dear client, it is not possible to process your order due to exceeding the limit of your credit card.»
3. The system is mistaken twice:
- My card is not a credit card but a debit card.
- The card balance is sufficient for this purchase.
