- Receiving, signing, and endorsing cargo delivery documents, delivery orders, and bills of lading
- Signing temporary undertakings
- Organizing and conducting loading, unloading, and delivery processes
- Dispatching and transporting the goods
- Paying all kinds of taxes, duties, charges, guarantees, deposits, overtime, per diem, allowances, and freights payable in imports and exports

- Applying for, receiving, renewing, and canceling electronic signature certificates
- Using the e-union system prepared by the general secretariats of importer and exporter unions to:
- Accept and approve documents and declarations related to export and import through network systems
- Pay fees and dues using the same technology
- Sign undertakings for using the system
- Receive passwords and usernames for the system on our behalf
- Depositing and receiving deposits at agencies and private ports
- Obtaining statements of transactions paid on our behalf from agencies
- Returning overpaid amounts from Ünsped accounts in cash or by transfer to agencies
- Carrying out all operations for customs clearance of goods in accordance with laws and regulations on our behalf and completing them
- Regarding additional assessments and fines issued by customs on behalf of our company:
- Applying for reconciliation within the scope of the Customs Reconciliation Regulation
- Signing application forms and reconciliation minutes for the Reconciliation Commission of the Ministry of Trade Central Reconciliation Commission and Regional Directorates of Customs and Trade
- Submitting proposals to the Commission
- Accepting the Commission's proposal
- Participating in reconciliation negotiations on behalf of our company
- Completing, signing, and finalizing any omitted parts in import and export procedures
