Step 1

Type omnibox contextual in chrome://flags.

Step 2

Disable the flags:

• #omnibox-contextual-search-on-focus-suggestions («Omnibox contextual search on focus suggestions»)
• #omnibox-contextual-suggestions («Omnibox contextual suggestions»)

Step 3

Relaunch Chrome.
