How to highlight the MongoDB syntax in the shell in Windows?

Step 1

Create the %USERPROFILE%/.mongorc.js file.

Step 2

Install TylerBrock/mongo-hacker to Linux, and then clone its script from the Linux'es .mongorc.js to the Windows one.

Step 3

Download ansicon and place it to any folder in Windows.
Then add this folder (e.g. C:\tools\ansicon\x64) to PATH.

Step 4

Then ron the MongoDB shell as: ansicon mongo:
