An issue of «UPS İthalat Asistanı» («UPS Import Assistant»): unclear handling of an invoice file

1. Problem description:

1.1. Files uploaded initially:

  • Invoice.pdf
  • 3 power of attorney files

1.2.

After clicking «VEKALETNAME DÜZENLE» (Edit Power of Attorney) button and uploading 3 new power of attorney files:

  • The previously uploaded Invoice.pdf disappeared from the interface
  • The system did not notify about the missing invoice file
  • The system proceeded without asking any questions about the invoice

1.3. Current state:

  • Only power of attorney files are displayed: «01.jpeg», «02.jpeg», «03.jpeg»
  • There is no information about whether Invoice.pdf was accepted or lost

2. Impact:

  • The user cannot verify if the invoice is properly registered in the system
  • This creates uncertainty about the completeness of the customs clearance documentation
    • The lack of system feedback leaves the user without clear next steps regarding the invoice

3. Technical details:

  • Interface path: «İTHALAT ASİSTANI» → power of attorney upload section
  • The system shows the message «Değerli müşterimiz, vekaletnameniz işleme verilmiştir» (Dear customer, your power of attorney has been processed) but provides no status about the invoice
