How to get «Potansiyel Vergi Kimlik Numarası» / «Non-citizen's potential tax number»?

Step 2

On the step 1 you get a potential tax number.
It is enough to apply for a residence permit or to open a bank acccount.
But does not allow:

• to log into ivd.gib.gov.tr
• to get «Vergi Mükellefiyet yazısı» («Tax Liability letter»)

A potential tax number also leads to errors:

• «VKN bilgisi alınamadı»
• «Girmiş olduğunuz <…> T.C Kimlik numarasına ait Vergi Kimlik Numarası bulunamadı!»

The solution is to upgrade «Potansiyel Vergi Kimlik Numarası» / «Non-citizen's potential tax number» to a real one.
